Shipping

Orders being placed through the website ship only to continental US locations.  Customers residing in non-contiguous US states or Canada must contact YOURrailing.com to be receive a specialized quote including shipping costs.

Below is an approximation of YOURrailing shipping guidelines.  Timing is subject to change.  For expedited shipping options, call 877-649-9896.

  • Accessory Items:  ship within 5 business days – via FedEx Ground or LTL carrier
  • Railing Systems:  ship within 10 business days – via FedEx Ground or LTL carrier
  • Decking:  ship within 15 business days – via LTL carrier only
  • Any items greater than 96″ in length are required to ship LTL carrier.

Returns Policy

Damaged goods or defective product: Claims must be made within 5 working days after delivery of the goods and prior to installation.  Replacement items will be shipped at “no charge” to the consumer.  Call 1-877-649-9896 or email sales@yourrailing.com to report any damaged or defective items.  Any items found to be modified will not be eligible for return and the consumer will be billed for the replacement product plus any shipping charges incurred.

General Product Returns: If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. 
1.  All products being returned must be in the original factory packaging.
2.  Returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking/handling charge.
3.  Consignee agrees to pay full freight charges on all returned shipments.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
